Welcome to Alyoga. We are committed to delivering your activewear and yoga apparel in a timely and secure manner. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number.
During peak seasons (including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and seasonal sales), processing times may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
2. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)
We offer the following shipping options for deliveries within the United Kingdom:

3. International Shipping
We currently ship to the following regions:

Please note that international delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local customs processing and postal services in the destination country.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information on potential charges before placing your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Alyoga is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
6.2 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at aloyoga-shop@outlook.com with your order number and we will investigate the matter with the carrier. For tracked deliveries, please allow an additional 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery window before reporting a lost package.
6.3 Damaged Packages
If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
7. P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and BFPO addresses within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail services. Express or courier delivery options are not available for these addresses.
8. Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive at different times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
