At Alyoga, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our Refund & Return Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items purchased from Alyoga within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Items must be in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging (or suitable alternative packaging).
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Underwear and intimates (for hygiene reasons).
- Swimwear where the hygiene seal or liner has been removed or tampered with.
- Gift cards and vouchers.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events where returns are explicitly excluded.
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, odour, pet hair, or alterations.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at aloyoga-shop@outlook.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and return instructions.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative. Include the RAN inside the package.
- Ship the return to the address provided in our return instructions.
Important: Please do not send returns without first obtaining a Return Authorisation Number. Unauthorised returns may be refused or delayed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
4.1 Standard Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product). We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Alyoga is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
4.2 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue, and we will provide a prepaid return label.
5. Refund Process
5.1 Inspection
Once we receive your returned item(s) at our warehouse, our quality team will inspect the product(s) within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email notification once the inspection is complete.
5.2 Approved Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow the following timeframes for the refund to appear:

The refund amount will include the price of the item(s) returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5.3 Declined Refunds
If the returned item(s) do not meet our return conditions (e.g., signs of wear, missing tags, hygiene seal removed), we reserve the right to decline the refund. In such cases, the item(s) will be returned to you at your expense, and you will be notified via email.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time and availability of your desired item.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the timeframes listed above:
- Check your bank or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be a processing delay on their end.
- If you have done both and still have not received your refund, please contact us at aloyoga-shop@outlook.com.
8. Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased during promotional events or with a discount code are eligible for return under the same conditions outlined above, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Refunds for promotional items will reflect the price actually paid.
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
9. Consumer Rights
This Refund & Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Under these regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods and return the items within a further 14 days.
10. Damaged or Defective Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If you believe a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Between 30 days and 6 months, we will offer a repair or replacement. If the repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you are entitled to a full or partial refund.
